What good is a Black List that doesn't allow users to post about bad businesses. There should at least be another section availabe for people to post their complaints or incident that may have occured at a business, shop or company. By not allowing this post to be made you are hiding and covering up for the criminals out there that cheat people. If a person was cheated at a place, company or business he or she ought to be titled to post their opinion or story on what happened .. |

For legal reasons, a "black list" can be very problematic. You can put in as many disclaimers about "fair comment and review" as you like, but it won't stop companies suing for libel, which can be very expensive to defend.
And they would be able to sue not just the poster, but also the forum administrators and owners.
Bear this in mind if you want to slag anyone/anything off. _________________ Secret Brisbane diary - intrigue and adventure in Australia |
