That's a tough one for a movie adWakerleyt: Just off the top of my head I'd say,
Motorcycle Diaries, Sin City, Donnie Darko, Leon, Usual Suspects, Kill Bill, Old Boy (Korean), City of God, Matrix, 12 Monkeys; Apocalypse Now, LOTR and Godfather...that's all!

Sorry man,
PULP FICTION is a great movie. it influenced so many films, producers, directors. Very simple dialogs but attractive.
I like also MATRIX (it changes the way of fighting in movies)
and THE LEGEND OF 1900.
