I'm at the office and MSN seems to be working fine for me here but if it isn't working for you may wish to try this site:
http://www.e-messenger.net/
This allows you an alternative way to access MSN when companies block it, I've used it before at companies that don't allow MSN, works well although it can drop the occasional message.
Good luck and I hope you are wrong about Telstra 'cause that would majorly suck. |

the service is working fine but the one of the access ports has been blocked.
I know the service is running fine and i have reinstalled the program 3 times now.
But an IT expert has said he need the ip address of one of the ports wgich has been blocked.
Maybe my working of the technical stuff ,might not be correct but i'm sure some of you will know what i mean. _________________ life is a waste of time, time is a waste of life, so lets get wasted all of the time and have the time of our life. |

Maybe Telstra just has something against you for some bizarre reason. hehehe too many dodgy chats on MSN? Something you want to tell us?
I'm joking you know! |

just on the subject of web-based messengers http://www.e-messenger.net/ is not affiliated with Microsoft and you never know what they are doing with the emails/passwords they are harvesting. I would turst them.
however, http://webmessenger.msn.com/ is by MSN and you would hope those have a reputation and wouldnt infringe on your privacy.
yes i am one of those privacy freaks although here in Australia that word doesnt really have any meaning |
