Old cars that noticeably pollute the air are banned in Europe.
The thing about pubs and clubs is that usually most of the people that visit them smoke. And all people visit them to see other people.
So when no smoking people aren't present, there are few people to really meet and see, that's why these non smoking pubs and clubs don't have success. Besides what are pubs for, if not for drinking beer and smoking? Smile
