Thats a "yes" I have seen the construction site for it....this hotel..goes...downwards..into the ground. I did see somesort of a dam being build behind it. I guess to let the water in after its built or to pumpwater out for water ever repairing needed. Its quite smart..imagine how much money the hotels here pay for daily cleaning of the glass windows.
