Hello there,
I am coming down to Brisbane from Canada and I will be staying for quite some time. I was wondering if you happen to have a favorite hostel or have heard of one with rave reviews. I was looking for a nice one to meet people and get a foothold before deciding on a direction to go.
I have looked over a lot of different hostels and reviews and it is tough to decide because a lot of the reviews go from "I met my husband here" to "the bedsheets gave me ghonnorea".. for the same hostel. So any input/opinions would be greeeatly appreciated. =D |

Dave,
There is a information Desk in the Transport Center at Roma St in Brisbane City its upstairs at the top theres many hostels in Fortitude Vally and that is were you would want to be if you are a "party" man. I strongly suggest "Birdi NumNums" you will love staying there and they have there own fantastic house club, Some times i want to be a backpacker just so i can crash there. If you are looking for something closer to the city "The Palace" would have to be your best choice, Fantastic view, great location and great atmosphere.
Enjoy your stay,
Scott
P.S. I Really Suggest "Birdi NumNums" ... i cant stress how dam great that place is!! _________________ Will work for peanuts!!! <---- |
