Hi all,
I'll maybe move to brisbane in a few months. I have a couple of basic questions:

-Are there any areas with bad reputation in terms of crime, etc. where it is better not to look for a house?
-Concerning housing, are there other taxes (further to the weekly/monthly rent and the utilities bills) that the tenant is required to pay? (for example in the UK there is the council tax, that is to be paid by all residents depending on the size/category of the property).
