The theme song to the TV show "The A-Team" Big Grin

"Murdock, you fool!!!!!!!" says B.A. Barrakus
"I smoke two joints before I smoke two joints,,,,,and then i smoke two more" Sublime

Darn it I now got that A-Team tune playin in my head P...That and Magnum P.I. lol....Hmm soundtracks, I'd like the High Fidelity/Royal Tenenbaums/Batman Forever soundtracks...for purely instrumental ones, Chariots Of Fire/Forrest Gump/Superman

Weren't they planning on making an A-Team movie? With Mel Gibson as Hannibal? Hmm wonder who they would get to play B.A. ... maybe Ice Cube...oh rumors of Jim Carrey as Murdock, but that would push the movie way over budget! Murdock and B.A. were soooo cool...'I pity the foo!' (I think Mr. T only said that in Rocky though right?)

Hehehe call me cheesy but I love the Top Gun soundtrack, power tracks for sure.

Eighties TV show theme tunes ahhhhh I've been sad enough to download some recently. Rembmer the one from Airwolf? Also Joe 90 and the Flumps aaaahhhhhhh those were the days.

'I ain't getting in no plane - you crazy foo!' BA rocks!

None of you prolly remember this but......the theme song to a tv show called"The Greatest American Hero" A dude brought it up a work, and I had nostaglia...........

"Believe it or not, I'm walkin on air........"

Airwolf had a kickass theme tune! (or at least so I remember coz its just disappeared from my conscious or been mixed up with all the other theme tunes...hmm guess I have to download it as well!) Yeah Top Gun had some rousing stuff as well (apart from the beautiful Take My Breath Away...I loved the video as well! haunting...especially the lead singer with that black streak in her blonde hair)...Kenny Loggins -Dangerzone (yes Footloose was not his only great song)

Hmm Greatest American Hero, I've been tryin to find that...William Katt right? Am a big fan of superhero movies/serials and have heard a lot about that...very fondly missed show I believe

I miss Channel 33's shows from the 80s...Brisbane in the 80s was a great place to grow up! Awesome cartoons like Spider-man And His Amazing Friends (great theme tune!), The Centurions, and so many cool shows as well like the A-Team, Charles In Charge, Different Strokes, Webster...and of course the weekly music show Chart Attack with Simon Potter....does anyone remember watching Roots when it showed originally here? Was quite stirring....lol I seem to remember the 80s like ex-hippies remember the 60s....strange thing is I wasn't high!

oooo ooohhhh ooohhh I so had a crush on Don Johnson!!! Tongue

They're making a movie of Miami Vice starring Colin Farrell as Crockett and Jamie Foxx as Tubbs - should be good!

Anyone remember the cartoon Battle of the Planets?

I hope it's set in the 80's. It would take away from the stigma of the movie. I wanna see pastel colored suit jackets, Adidas sweatsuits, and Trans-Am's and shit!!!!

Don Johnson just has that natural cool charm about him, he didn't seem to lose it with age in Nash Bridges either...Hmm Colin Farrell usually does a good job, but I do hope they keep it in the 80s...or at least do a Starsky and Hutch and keep the style of those times intact

Battle Of The Planets! G-Force! I lived on that show...can't remember a damn thing about it now though lol....When we used to go on summer hols used to get my dad to set the timer to record Battle Of The Planets, Spider-man and other cartoons (he would change cassettes before he joined us)...by the time we got back had 2-3 cassettes full to feast on before school began and summer faded away!

I dunno but it was nice that you had to wait for your cartoons at a set time of the day, before cartoon network came right in your face all day

Ahhhhh great cartoons, I used to love the Thunder Cats.

Hey anyone remember a TV show called Automan?

And MacGyver - hey man I can make a hanglider out of a bike, some chewing gum and a bin liner - hahahahaha - wicked stuff! Richard Dean Anderson was another hottie and still looking good in StarGate SG-1.

#15
Hell ya I remember Automan! Or should we go by his alter ego Otto Mann (and you thought Superman had a weak disguise)...The shiny digital suit (and car...I think they actually called it the Auto-mobile? lol) was just the coolest special effect I could imagine at the time...who knew what was to come in the next 20 years! The other guy who played Walter was funny as well....Lucille Ball's son Desi Arnaz Jr.

Other cool shows were The Misfits of Science, The Fall Guy, and sigh even TJ Hooker (before William Shatner realised people were laughing AT him and not WITH him! P)...Heather Locklear was in that as well suh-weet....Can't recall the name of the other show, but it had a vertically challenged inventor who was just as innovative as MacGyver...It was the same guy who came in Legend and other movies, Warwick Davis (the guy who played all dwarves on screen before the likes of Verne Troyer and that guy on Seinfeld)...hmm have to scan IMDB for that

MacGyver well was MacGyver...they were planning to make MacGyver and son film or something like that...can just imagine how that goes 'oh look dad I just found a safety pin' 'Excellent son, now we can avert certain nuclear holocaust!'

Yeah some ideas for shows were completely lame but I loved it none the less.

Tell you what I did like a bit more upto date and that's Quantum Leap, what a great idea although the last episode - what the heck - god as a barman? the biggest let down ever I was crushed.

Ok ok, here's one for you! Remember Manimal? The series about the guy who breathed really heavily and could change into animals?

I always liked Battlestar Gallactica

And am sooooo a trekkie!
