Looked at the website for KV the other day.
They still listed the University of Southern Queensland, which I heard has left Brisbane.

Its a place where all the universities, educaltional institutes & offices are.
its got bookshops, saloon, airline reservation etc (basically a mini mall) a food court, a common play area, which is still under construction. Its a place where students from all different universitys, can gather at one place for educational needs.
I believe in Karma what you give is what you get in return.
