Whats Corale Park really like?

Hi Everyone, I would please like to hear your opinion on Carole Park (postcode: 4300)
I'm looking at buying an invetment there as I have heard they are starting to build new business around that area. Do you think this could be an area which is starting to develop and turn around?

actually, completely forget my last question...

Has anyone heard of any recent, or planned re-developments around that area?
Maybe new infrastructure? or re-zonings?

I heard it was going through an urban renewal stage, etc. Has there been cases in QLD where suburbs went from a bad area to a decent/good area?
