Im moving to Brisbane soon, just wondering if it expensive to buy a car and will my UK driving Licence be ok to use or do I need to get a Australia one. Cheers

Car are pretty cheap and your UK driving license will be enough for you to obtain a Australia license like I did, if you need anymore info from a fellow Briton then call me at my office on 04-2976820 and ask for Elyas.

Cars are really cheap here...you can convert your UK licence but need to get a Australia licence as soon as your residence visa is stamped.
